So many of our young people struggle with the confidence to accept themselves. After hearing negative opinions and judgements, many of them believe they are not enough. They loose their confidence and the ability to bounce back.
Accepting themselves is so important! Not always easy to do, but possible. When they truly accept who they are they become confident and resilient. They start to realize that they have the final say in what they choose to believe about themselves.
Using my song ‘I Am Somebody’ and a personal story, I share 3 simple, effective activities to help them build CONFIDENCE and RESILIENCE,
