You Are Enough

The words you repeat in your mind and say out loud have a huge impact on how you feel about yourself and your life.

Say the words below even if your brain says, ‘no you’re not’. 

When someone doesn’t believe in you SAY…I MATTER.
When you make a mistake SAY…I AM ENOUGH.
When you hear hurtful words SAY…I AM IMPORTANT. 
When you are feeling sad, overwhelmed, angry, confused SAY…I AM SOMEBODY

Choose to have the courage and determination to repeat them over and over until you believe it’s true!

Today and everyday what you say to yourself Matters!
